Background
-A couple. Take alook at this page and see if you recognize any of these logos.
-Almost a year now. SMS Texting is a relative newcomer and nobody has been offering for very long.
Account Setup
-We set up your account for you then you develop your campaigns and track the results in your own online dashboard. Simple as that.
Is there a contract?
-Yes. Typically the term is 12 months but you can break the agreement with 30 days written notice.
Is there a set-up fee?
-A one-time fee to set up your account.
-A Gateway Fee is the monthly payment you make to access the SMS service we’re providing to you.
-No. You buy “text credits” in advance, as you need them, in whatever quantities your budget allows. The more you buy, the cheaper they are.
-There’s a pricing scale for text credits that begins at .08 apiece and goes down based on volume. With larger quantities we can get very aggressive with this pricing model.
-Just ask. We’ll need about 10-15 minutes together to get some basic info, haggle over the setup fee, and determine how many text credits you want to buy to begin your account with. We’ll sign the simple agreement (contract) which will need to include a credit card number for monthly billing.
-No more than 1-2 days. Maybe longer with larger accounts needing customized interfaces, multiple users, etc. Most accounts take 1-2 days.
Billing
-The monthly Gateway Fee is billed automatically, per our agreement, to your credit card on file. When we set up your account we will also determine at what level your account will be auto-replenished with a pre-determined number of text credits and billed to your card on file.
-All billing is done locally here in Addison, TX, at the end of the month except for text credit re-loads which are billed as they occur.
Marketing Support
-The answer to this question is limited only by your imagination. SMS Texting can be used for lead generation, mobile business cards, and tracking marketing campaigns, to offer just a couple of categories. You could use them in your Retention Campaigns to send out coupons or employ them in a Growth Campaign to upsell a sale that just happened. Put your thinking cap on and one of our marketing consultants will help you put a plan together.
-We have 4 marketing consultants on staff and 1 of them will be assigned to your account. That rep will spend a couple hours with you to help you get your program off the ground once your account is set up. After you’ve got a grip on things the consultant’s time is billed at $125/hr. Not to worry, you’ll be told ahead of time if you’re on the clock!
Technical Support
-You bet. From Day 1 you will be talking to the technical support rep assigned to your account. He’s local, by the way. Once he’s set you up you’ll receive a phone call and a walk-through of your online dashboard. When he’s finished with your tour your marketing consultant will schedule time with you and help you devise a simple plan to get started.
-We have our own, proprietary email service that we’ve developed specifically to integrate with our SMS Texting platform. This effectively merges two databases and allows more marketing opportunities from within that singular platform.
